RETURN CONDITIONS

Thank you for shopping at karidoo. Our online store offers unique fashion products from our independent designers, in addition to high quality materials and reliable production. Members of our quality assurance team inspect each product before packaging to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return it for a refund. Please feel free to contact us at service@mail.karidoo.com, we will do our best to fulfill your request.

Return conditions

– All purchases (excluding swimwear, underwear, bikinis, bags and accessories) can be returned within 15 days of delivery.

- Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, please make sure all items in the package are intact. Otherwise, the buyer will be responsible for all charges incurred and no refund will be issued.

- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Ineligible items will not be considered for returns.

Purchase not eligible

– Final sale items are non-returnable.

- Swimwear, underwear and underpants cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Swimwear can only be returned if damaged/broken or unsuitable.

- After submitting your online refund request, you must email us a photo of the problem/defect.

Quick refund: We will refund the original payment method within one week.

Reminder: Packages must be authorized for return. Return requests not authorized by Customer Service will not be honored.

Exchange Policy:

All exchange requests are processed as refunds. Trading is currently unavailable. If you wish to exchange a product, you must return the purchased product to receive a refund of the purchase price and place a new order.

Cancel the order

The full amount of the order will be refunded if you cancel it within 24 hours of the purchase. If you decide to cancel your order, please submit a support request on the Contact Us page. We charge a 15% cancellation fee for orders canceled 24 hours after purchase but before delivery. We do NOT accept requests to cancel an order if it has already been shipped.
